Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy explains what information Home Cost Notes (homecostnotes.com), published by Team Seven Marketing LLC ("we"), collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- ZIP code. Only if you type it into one of our pages. We pass it to the partner you continue to and do not keep a separate copy.
- Visit information. Pages you view, buttons you tap, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and the ad that brought you here.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address or payment details. If you give those to a partner, they are collected by that partner under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These include:
- Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the site. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- MGID, our advertising network, which uses a measurement tag to record when a visitor who clicked one of our ads continues to a partner.
- A session reference stored in your browser so that our pages and partners can tell which ad and page a visit came from.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Sharing with partners
When you continue from our site to a partner, we share your ZIP code (if you entered one) and reference codes for your visit and the ad you clicked, so the partner can pre-fill its form and credit us. We share visit and ad performance information with our advertising network and analytics provider. We do not sell your name, phone number or email address, because we do not collect them.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know about, access or delete information about you. Contact us and we will respond as required by law.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
